I love getting people into running.  I trained myself from couch to 5km and onto my first half marathon and it has set me up for success in running, triathlon and across many areas of my life.

I understand that training for an event and a running goal is more than numbers on a watch.  You need support, you need it to fit into your life, you need it to be flexible and most of all, you need it to be FUN.

I specialize in people starting out in running or those who want to push a little more than what they have running without a set plan.
