For the longest time I thought that being a running coach meant that my blog needs to be just about running.  But I’ve realised that us runners, fitness lovers, inspiring athletes – we are so much more than fitness and a lot of us go through the same feelings and moments in life.

So here I am going to lay it all out, my journey along with things that I’ve learnt – mostly by doing it wrong!

I hope that some of this can be informative, relatable and a good read.
